“Don’t Breathe” Director Fede Alvarez in Talks with Sony for New Zorro Reboot
Pop culture news website The Illuminerdi reports that Fede Alvarez, director of “Don’t Breathe” (2016) and the “Evil Dead” reboot (2013) is currently in talks with Sony to helm a new Zorro film reboot. The film would reportedly be based on the original Zorro story, “The Curse of Capistrano,” published by author Johnston McCulley in 1919. Read more about the story at The Illuminerdi.

It s a good idea if, like Martin Campbell’s movies, this director keep the spirit of our hero with a good script ! I ll be always interest to know if a third movie with Antonio Banderas and Catherine Zeta Jones was thought after “The Legend of Zorro”.
