Zorro’s adventures have been thrilling television viewers for over fifty years since Disney’s popular series began airing in 1957. There are seven ZORRO TV series, plus five TV movies for a total of 419 episodes.

VIEW SERIES

Produced between 1989-1994 by an international co-production group which included American partners New World Television and the Family Channel, French partner Ellipse Programme of Canal Plus, Germany’s Beta TV, and Italy’s RAI. The series starred Canadian actor Duncan Regehr as Zorro.  A&E Home Entertainment recently released the complete series of ZORRO on DVD and is now available for purchase on Amazon.

26 episodes of new Zorro animation.

In production with BKN International, for Spring 2008.  Zorro, Generation Z, is set in the  modern day fictional town of Pueblo Grande.  Young Diego is a college student, who, along with his sidekick, Bernardo, fights against injustice with the aid of a flashy female, the Scarlet Whip.

Produced by Filmation in 1981 featuring the voice of Henry Darrow as Zorro.  Distributed through Entertainment Rights in London.

Produced by Italian producer Mondo TV in 1992.  Mondo is located in Rome.

Produced in 1997 by a European co-production group headed by Warner Bros. International, Fred Wolf Films in Ireland, and Harvest Entertainment in Bristol, England.Zorro, the Sword and the Rose (Zorro, la Espada y la Rosa) - 122 one-hour episodes live action. Produced by Sony Pictures Television International and Zorro Productions. RTI executive produced the series in Bogota, Colombia.  Christian Meier starred as Zorro/Diego. A Spanish language telenovela.

Produced by the Walt Disney Studios in 1983, starring Henry Darrow as Zorro and Paul Regina as his son, Don Carlos.

THE AMAZING ZORRO
72 minute animated film

First aired in Fall 2002 on Nickelodeon, this classic feature was part of the Incredible Movie Toons package developed by DIC for the childrens’ cable channel.  Distributed by DIC Entertainment.

78 episodes of live-action

Produced from 1957-1959 by the Walt Disney Studios, starring Guy Williams as Zorro.  Colorized and distributed through Buena Vista.  Also available in black and white.  There are also four one-hour episodes of the same series and two movies, The Sign of Zorro and Zorro, The Avenger, recut from certain episodes in the series.
